Effective January 2, 2024, Dr. Stephanie Tran, (previously with Cedars Sinai Medical Group) will begin a new venture as an outpatient private primary care private practice provider, based in Santa Monica, California.

She will observe a direct pay model and is out-of-network with ALL insurance carriers (including HMO, PPO, and Medicare). All payments will be due at time of services rendered. She will not be accepting any HMO or Medi-CAL insurances at this time. As a courtesy to her patients, her office will submit super bills to insurance carriers to facilitate potential reimbursement, and is not a guarantee of payments from your insurance provider.

Regardless, all patients will still need to have either PPO or straight Medicare insurance for ancillary medical services such as diagnostic imaging, medications, and/or hospitalizations.

She is affiliated with both Cedars Sinai (Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Marina Del Rey) and St. John's Providence (Santa Monica). She has the ability to refer patients to a wide array of high quality sub-specialty care services.
